Blessing God For All Christians All Around The World

 

In a world hostile to Christianity, we should keep giving God praise for the preservation of Christians and the Christian faith. Darkness is never comfortable with light. And despite its weak features, darkness will always make attempts to battle light. 

As children of light, one of our prominent weapons is worship. We are empowered and encouraged even as we worship the LORD, and we are strengthen to keep overcoming the enemy of our salvation. The Church of God (whose part you are) is marching on, and the gate of hell shall not prevail. 

We are indebted to God for His abiding mercy and presence in His Church, and we must keep praising Him as He helps us extend the frontiers of His kingdom upon the earth.

On missionaries, remember that they are selfless people who are a big blessing to the Body of Christ. Due to their selfless efforts, the work of the gospel keeps blossoming and spreading all around the world. And as the light of Christ keeps bringing many into His kingdom, things gets easier and better for the Church, and these fruits brings the comforting assurance that the coming of the LORD keeps getting closer and closer.

We thus have to continue giving God praise for the boldness, courage and wisdom He has blessed our missionaries with, as well as the preservation of their lives. Despite the attacks and threats from the kingdom of darkness, God is still good to His servants.

The LORD says in Jeremiah 29:11 that He has good thoughts and plans for you, and He is working everything to amount to success for you. Things going on around you right now may seem unpleasant, and it may appear as if things are not going too well. But the truth is, God is busy currently, working on a plan to make you enjoy more blessings.

This is an humbling truth. Here is a God who is always very occupied with several things, doing several things at the same time, and attending to several people in the seen and unseen worlds at the same time. And here is the same God who is particular about you, and has intentionally created quality time for you, to work out your blessings.

As you praise the LORD for His plans for your life, you get closer to seeing the full manifestations. 

Our leaders in our churches are serving sacrificially, and it takes a whole lot of efforts to offer spiritual services on behalf of the church, and over the church. It takes a whole lot being a spiritual leader. Don't forget, they are also humans like us. Therefore, we should be always thankful to God for grace and strength that He keeps granting unto them.

Of course, as the devil is bent on bringing issues upon the Body of Christ, it is obvious that his core targets will always be the leaders. Definitely, if the head can be cut off, the rest can be easily defeated. However, God's mercies have been keeping His servants safe in Him - and we must thank Him for this too.

You can pray: LORD, I praise You for our leaders - Your own true servants. Thank You for Your goodness upon them and their loved ones. For by Your mercies, they are kept in safety under the shadow of Your wings, and they keep flourishing at all sides.

It is a blessing to have great faith in the LORD even in a discouraging time as this. The truth is, God played a big role in your faith in Him. Considering the fact that many people don't even believe in the existence of God, and that several others don't believe in the Lordship of Jesus Christ for salvation, we should be grateful to GOD who has given us the faith to believe.

We know that all believers received a measure of faith. And it is true that God keeps helping us grow in faith. And in a discouraging time as this when some people are doubting the goodness of God, we must praise Him for helping us remain steadfast in faith in Him. Our faith is unshakable because we have received help from the LORD.

Now, we should be concerned that there are still millions of Muslims out there who are still enemies with the LORD. And one of the best things we can do is to keep asking the LORD to bring them to Himself all by Himself (yes, our GOD is always able and capable to do all things). 

Well, the good news is that the LORD is already doing great works in the Muslim world, as more and more Muslims are having different personal encounters with the LORD JESUS, and are surrending to His Lordship. These things are very real. And as believers, we should keep praising God because He is bringing more sons and daughters of His into His kingdom.

As far as our faith is concerned, the nation of Israel will always be important. We don't have to be political, but should remain spiritual even on this faith lane. We are grateful to God for starting His works of salvation from the nation of Israel, and pushing the blessings to everyone of us irrespective of where we are in the world (and we are now part of the commonwealth of Zion).

Glory to God Who has been keeping Israel safe in the midst of enemies. The very fact that this country is still doing fine even till today, is an indication that God can be trusted, because He is always true to His covenant which He made with the patriarchs of old. As we pray for the peace of Jerusalem, we too shall prosper. As we praise the LORD for Israel His own people, we also will keep flourishing in God's goodness.
